Meeting Summarizer

How it works

Drop the audio recording of a meeting (mp3, m4a, wav). The module
uses a local Whisper service to transcribe, then Gemma 4 to
summarise. It all happens inside your gbox — the audio
never leaves the building.

You get a structured summary, ready to paste into a note or send to
attendees after review:

• Metadata: date, duration, participants identified
• Executive summary (3-5 lines)
• Decisions reached with owner
• Action items in a who/what/when table
• Deferred topics
• Notable quotes (verbatim, with timestamp)

Bonus: ICS calendar reminders

Detected actions can be exported as an .ics file to add reminders
automatically to the calendar (Outlook, Apple, Google).

Performance

On Mac Studio M3 Ultra: a 1-hour meeting transcribed in ~7 min,
then summarised in 30 seconds.
