For the vast majority of business use cases — document search, drafting, summarisation, analysis — yes. gbox uses the latest open models, which now rival the best cloud offerings. Better still: because gbox knows your internal documents, its answers are often more useful than those of a generic service.
How many people can use it at the same time? +
Licence-wise, it's unlimited — no per-user fee. Capacity depends on the box size you pick. The gbox M comfortably handles 50 to 150 users with dozens of simultaneous sessions.
How does it integrate with our existing tools? +
gbox connects to your directory (Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace) for single sign-on. We index your knowledge sources — SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence, intranet, document management — without ever moving your files.
How long until we're operational? +
Three days on site for installation and commissioning, plus one to two weeks to index your document sources. Your teams can already use gbox for general purposes from day one.
What if the AI hallucinates? +
